SERVICE/REPAIR

Waggoner Manufacturing, Inc has its roots fermented soundly in ion implanter technology and the Austin semiconductor industry. We began by servicing and refurbishing Eaton Corporation (now Axcelis) Ion Accelerator Columns. From there we’ve branched out into servicing numerous components and assemblies based in and around Eaton’s ion implanter technology, including Ion Source Insulators and Ion Sources. We proudly specialize in servicing and building Eaton/Axcelis Ion Implantation components or similar technologies.

We also carry some Eaton/Axcelis obsolete parts and components.


VACUUM LEAK TESTING

We have a Varian Helium Leak Detector on site which gives us the ability to check both welded and mechanical assemblies ensuring vacuum tight seal.
