MODERN MACHINE SHOP

At Waggoner Manufacturing, Inc. we pride ourselves on being able to offer a full service job shop to our customers. We can help design your prototype, provide a print, manufacture the part, let you inspect it (first article), and, with approval, turnkey out 1 to 1000 of them. We work routinely with tolerances of .001” on our manual machines, and .0002” on our CNC’s.

All CNC machines are programmed from a central computer network utilizing the most updated version of MasterCam which line feeds each machine within seconds.

We constantly strive to improve our processes and equipment to become more efficient and cost-effective.

RAW MATERIALS

We can machine most materials. If you don’t see the one your needing on the following list, please call us and ask for Dave.
We specialize in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and high-efficiency plastics, like Torlon, Vespel, or Ultem.

PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING SERVICES

We will happily help you design and build your prototype.


WELDING

We can easily take care of most Stick or Tig welding needs. We perform vacuum quality welding on stainless steel,
copper to stainless steel, and nickel to stainless steel. If we can’t do it then one of our business partners surely can.
